We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the requested service and subsequently for the legally required periods (up to 6 years for tax and accounting obligations). Unnecessary data will be securely deleted once these periods expire.

6. Data Sharing

• (a) Artificial intelligence service providers for generating websites, images and creative content.
• (b) Stripe, as a certified payment processing provider.
• (c) Google, Microsoft, Facebook and Apple, as social login authentication providers.
• (d) Base44 and OpenAI, as AI service providers for processing the chat assistant and built-in translator. The text of your messages and queries is sent to these providers exclusively to generate the response, and is not used for other purposes or to train their models. These providers offer a level of data protection equal or equivalent to that required by the GDPR, through standard contractual clauses and appropriate technical and organizational security measures. Before sending any message to the chat assistant, the application requests your express consent through a checkbox.
• (e) Cloud infrastructure providers (Netlify) for hosting and storing data of published websites.
• (f) Public administrations when there is a legal obligation.

We will not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.

7. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred to providers located outside the European Union (mainly the United States), ensuring in all cases compliance with the GDPR through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Mobile App Permissions

The mobile application may request the following permissions:

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe any right has been violated.

11. Minors

Our services are not directed at minors under 14 years of age. We do not deliberately collect data from minors without the authorization of parents or legal guardians.
